2. About the App

TwoFolds is a wealth tracking application designed for personal use. The app helps you track and visualize your portfolio of assets including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and other investments.

Important: TwoFolds provides informational tools only. The app does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market data displayed may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify important financial information through official sources and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TwoFolds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

4. Accounts and Authentication

TwoFolds supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google for authentication. By using these services, you also agree to Apple's and Google's respective terms of service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID or Google account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. iCloud Sync and Sharing

TwoFolds uses Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to sync your data across your devices and enable portfolio sharing with other users. By using these features:

You agree to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service
You understand that shared portfolios are visible to invited participants
You are responsible for the content you share and who you invite
You acknowledge that iCloud availability depends on Apple's services

6. Apple In-App Purchases

TwoFolds may offer premium features through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription management and refunds are handled through Apple.

7. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use TwoFolds on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
Use the app to transmit malware or harmful code
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app

9. Intellectual Property

TwoFolds, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Ravell and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into TwoFolds. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the app's functionality.

10. Third-Party Services

TwoFolds uses third-party services including:

Apple iCloud/CloudKit – Data storage and sync
Apple/Google Sign-In – Authentication
CoinGecko – Cryptocurrency price data
Yahoo Finance – Stock and ETF price data
Eurostat – Currency exchange rates
Sentry – Crash reporting

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

11. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep TwoFolds available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
Update the app, which may change functionality
Require you to accept updates to continue using the app

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TwoFolds is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability of market data
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Security or data integrity

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravell and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Investment losses or financial decisions based on app data
Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravell and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using TwoFolds at any time by deleting the app. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your license to use the app ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of TwoFolds after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ravell regarding TwoFolds.
